About Smartwool

Smartwool makes merino wool socks, base layers, apparel and accessories for hiking, running, skiing and everyday wear, and its socks are made in the USA.

The brand backs its gear with the Go Far. Feel Good. Guarantee: an item a buyer is unhappy with within two years of purchase can be replaced through a claim form. Its Second Cut line covers resale and recycled goods, and old socks can be sent back for recycling. A Pro Program sets up purchase accounts for outdoor workers such as guides, ski patrol, park rangers and wildland firefighters.
