About Waitrose & Partners
Waitrose & Partners is a UK supermarket selling groceries, fresh food, wine, toiletries and household goods online for home delivery or Click & Collect, as well as in its shops.
The figure to know before you look for a voucher is £40, because a Delivery Pass removes the delivery charge on orders of that size or more.
Waitrose & Partners stocks a family of its own food brands, from the everyday Essential Waitrose line and the No.1 range to Duchy Organic, Cooks Ingredients, PlantLiving and produce from its Leckford Estate. Chef collaborations on its shelves include Rick Stein with Waitrose, Angela Hartnett with Waitrose and Ottolenghi.
Beyond the weekly shop, the range covers bakery, baby and toddler products, pet food, fresh flowers and plants, bedding, homeware, electricals, stationery and a newsagent section. Shoppers can filter by dietary needs such as vegan, free from, kosher, high protein and Fairtrade, or browse welfare-focused ranges built around free range pork and eggs, British beef and lamb, and responsibly sourced fish. The site also links to Waitrose Cellar and Dishpatch.

How to use a Waitrose & Partners promo code
- On a Waitrose & Partners grocery order, the delivery charge is the cost you can most reliably remove.
- A Delivery Pass takes it off any order of £40 or more, so buy the pass before you book a slot if you shop online regularly.
- The pass renews automatically, and a reminder email lands 7 days before it does.
- You can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method.
- Click & Collect is free above a minimum spend, and four-hour Saver Slots in some shops cost less than a standard slot.
- Waitrose gift cards and vouchers count as payment, but they can't be returned once bought.
- Drivers won't leave orders in garages, porches or sheds.
If your Waitrose & Partners code doesn't work
- Minimum order: "$20 Off Your First Shop With Minimum Spend Of £80 For **New Customers** \+ **Free Delivery** at Waitrose" needs an order of at least £80; "£15 Off £60+" needs an order of at least £60.
- New customers only: "$20 Off Your First Shop With Minimum Spend Of £80 For **New Customers** \+ **Free Delivery** at Waitrose" is for a first order.
- End date: "All Your Purchases Get 15% Off" ends Nov 9, 2026.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Waitrose & Partners
- Mix-and-match deals on wine and pet food, plus money off the No.1 wine range, show up as shelf banners rather than codes.
- The myWaitrose membership scheme is mentioned on the site, though the pages read don't describe its benefits.
- Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat also bring groceries from nearby Waitrose shops in as little as 20 minutes, which suits a quick top-up better than a big weekly shop.
- Delivery Pass holders also get first pick of early Christmas slots.
