For UK orders in GBP, the rule that matters most is that codes rarely mix: most won't combine with any other basket offer code or offer.
A good share of cardfactory's cards and gifts are created and printed in Britain, and the range leans on characters and licensed names such as Tatty Teddy, Me To You, My Blue Nose Friends, Peppa Pig and Disney. Beyond cards for birthdays, weddings, sympathy and occasions such as Eid and christenings, it sells fancy dress, soft toys, hampers, mugs, stationery, flowers and plants.

Can I return a cardfactory online order to a shop?
Online orders can't be returned in a shop. Post them back at your own cost, and the refund covers the items plus the shipping you paid.
Does cardfactory deliver to Ireland?
Delivery covers UK addresses only, and Ireland is excluded. Personalised cards are the exception and can be sent overseas.
How long does the newsletter code take to arrive?
The 15% welcome code is emailed within 24 hours of signing up. It works once per customer.
Why won't my card go through at checkout?
Payment needs a UK-registered bank account and a UK purchase location, judged by IP address. Worldpay cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.
Will a shop inflate balloons I bought online?
