City Experiences sells tickets for City Cruises dining and sightseeing cruises, Statue of Liberty and Alcatraz ferries, and tours and events in US, Canadian and European cities.
Cruise tickets are a non-refundable final sale, so the add-on to weigh before any discount is Ticket Assurance, which allows a full refund up to 2 hours before departure.
City Experiences brings a family of brands together on one booking site, spanning harbor and river cruises, ferry service in New York City, walking tours and food tours. Beyond North America and Europe, its destination list reaches Australia, with harbor cruises in Sydney and Darwin, trips to the Great Barrier Reef and the Whitsundays, and the Melbourne Skydeck.
The company also stages entertainment on the water through City Cruises Live, a lineup of live events held aboard its boats, and schedules themed holiday dining cruises through the year. Groups can book private events, including corporate outings, weddings, school trips and social gatherings, and the site is offered in ten languages. A free rewards program gives points on qualifying purchases.
