CityPASS bundles admission to top attractions in 17 North American destinations, from museums and observatories to zoos, aquariums, theme parks and sightseeing cruises, at up to 50% off buying each ticket separately.
CityPASS says it doesn't post coupons on third-party sites, so the bundle price is the discount.
Mike Gallagher and Mike Morey, two friends, started City Pass Inc. in 1997, and the company says it was the first company to package discounted attraction tickets together in North America. It is still a small, family-owned business with about 60 staff, headquartered in Victor, Idaho, a small mountain town.
The idea is to spare visitors the work of researching and buying tickets one attraction at a time. Destinations stretch from Toronto, Boston and New York to Atlanta, Orlando and Tampa Bay, and west to Denver, Seattle, San Diego and Southern California. The passes suit solo travelers, couples and families alike, and CityPASS states that seniors, students and members of other groups pay the same price as everyone else.

More ways to save at CityPASS
Compare the bundle against the attractions you actually plan to see, because the up-to-50% saving only adds up if you use the included admissions.
Seniors, students and members of other organizations get no separate rate, so there's no cheaper category to hunt for.
Live events sit outside the pass, with one exception: Broadway shows sold on the CityPASS Broadway site.
