About Pelago
Pelago is the Singapore Airlines group's platform for booking attraction tickets, tours, transport, eSIMs, activities and passes around the world, each run by a third-party experience provider.
Every listing has its own price and its own cancellation policy, so read those terms on the booking page before a discount makes the choice for you.
Pelago takes its name from the word "archipelago", a nod to how it links travelers with attractions, tours, local culture and travel essentials. The idea came from Singapore Airlines in 2019; a beta version followed in 2020, the platform launched officially in Singapore in 2021, and its range expanded across Asia Pacific and Europe in 2022 and 2023 before a mobile app arrived in 2024. The company now lists more than 200,000 experiences in over 2,000 destinations.
Beyond sightseeing tickets, the catalog stretches to theme parks, cruises, wellness, food tours, classes, rail passes, airport lounges and private transfers. KrisFlyer members can collect and spend miles on bookings, and the site works in several languages and currencies.

- Read each listing's cancellation policy before you pay, because every booking, discounted or not, carries its own terms, and nothing can be canceled once the service has started.
- Listings marked with free cancellation are the safer place to spend a discount if your plans might change.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method in the original currency, so a card in another currency gets its money back the same way.
