About Cricut

Cricut sells its own smart cutting machines, including the Joy Xtra, Explore and Maker, along with heat presses, the StickerPix sticker and photo printer, crafting supplies and the paid Cricut Access design subscription.

The rule to know before buying is the return window: you get just 5 days from receipt to contact Member Care, and Cricut decides each return.

Cricut, Inc. is based in South Jordan, Utah, and its machines work with Design Space, the company's free design app. The cutting lineup spans the ultra-compact Cricut Joy, the Explore 5, a 12-inch machine that can produce projects in multiples, and the Maker 5, which Cricut says handles 300+ materials and 13 tools, from engraving metal to debossing leather.

For heat transfer projects there are EasyPress models in several sizes, including the EasyPress Mini, plus a Mug Press with mug blanks. Materials include iron-on vinyl, Infusible Ink, Smart Materials, foil transfer sheets, paper and card, and printables and stickers, alongside blades, mats, pens and Quickswap tools. Cricut also publishes a Heat Guide and runs Cricut Learn.

How to use a Cricut coupon

  1. Cricut's posted policies don't describe a promo code box, so this page can't point to one.
  2. What matters more is what a discount buys you.
  3. A markdown on clearance or a discontinued product comes with no return or cancellation at all, and the same goes for digital content and legacy cartridges.
  4. There's no self-service cancellation once an order goes through, so check the cart before paying.
  5. Member Care has to be contacted right after ordering, and even then a cancellation isn't promised.
  6. Shipping charges are added at checkout, so read the final total before you confirm.

If your Cricut code doesn't work

  • Minimum order: "10% Off £50+ Selected Orders" needs an order of at least $50; "$25 off Your Purchase of $100 or More + Free Shipping" needs an order of at least $100.

More ways to save at Cricut

  • Cricut Access is a paid subscription you can cancel any time, but payments already made aren't refunded, so cancel as soon as you stop designing with it.
  • If Cricut sends the wrong product, it generally covers the return shipping, depending on the circumstances.
  • Products outside a limited warranty still get a limited Satisfaction Guarantee in the US and Canada, which gives some cover on materials and tools.
