About Gametime

Gametime is a ticket marketplace for last-minute sports, concert, comedy and theater seats in the US and Canada.

Before you hunt for a code, know that every sale is final: orders can't be changed or cancelled after purchase, so the price-match credit and the refund rules matter as much as any discount.

Gametime covers a wide spread of live events. Its sports menus run from the NFL, NBA, WNBA and MLB to men's and women's college football, basketball and baseball, the Canadian Football League, and spring training games in Arizona's Cactus League and Florida's Grapefruit League, alongside concerts, comedy and theater.

Tickets come from individual sellers, and the Gametime Guarantee promises that seats arrive before the event and get the buyer in the door. Sellers receive their money through PayPal 48 hours after the event, once the buyer has the tickets. For shows in Ontario, British Columbia or Quebec, the guarantee adds full refunds for cancelled events, counterfeit tickets, tickets that fail at entry and tickets that are not as described.

  1. Gametime codes are used in the Gametime app; the pages read for this page don't describe a code box on the website.
  2. A share code from a friend works only on your first booking, needs an order of $10 or more and is single-use.
  3. It also can't be combined with another Gametime coupon or discount code, so keep whichever takes more off.
  4. Gametime's wider stacking rules for its own promotions weren't on the pages read, so read the terms shown with any code.
  5. Since nothing can be cancelled after checkout, confirm the section, row and quantity before you pay.

If your Gametime code doesn't work

  • Minimum order: "$20 off $150+ Sitewide" needs an order of at least $150; "$20 off $150+ Your First Purchase" needs an order of at least $150.
  • Combining offers: A share code can't be combined with another Gametime coupon or discount code and is single-use per user.
  • New customers only: "$20 off $50 for New Customers" is for a first order.

  • The price match is the strongest saving on Gametime.
  • Compare the same event, date, section, row and quantity elsewhere within two hours of buying; if it's cheaper, you get 110% of the gap as Gametime credit, capped at $200.
  • Loyalty, member, package and name-your-price rates don't qualify.

Can I cancel a Gametime order?

Gametime treats all sales as final, and orders can't be changed or cancelled after purchase. Job Loss Assurance is the exception for buyers with valid unemployment forms who claim at least 72 hours before the event.
