About Gigsberg
Gigsberg is a secondary marketplace where fans buy and sell tickets for sports, concerts, theater and festivals, with sellers setting prices above or below face value.
Every sale is final and orders can't be changed after purchase. Compare listings and line up the student or app discount before you pay.
Gigsberg is run by Gigsberg GmbH from Cham, Switzerland. Its site works in more than a dozen languages, from Spanish and German to Hebrew and Arabic, and shows prices in currencies including pounds, euros and Swiss francs. Listings go beyond big-name concerts to comedy, darts, rugby, tennis and WWE, plus classical music, ballet and dance, and festivals in the UK, Spain, the Netherlands and Australia.
The company says it vets its sellers and returns buyers' money when an event is cancelled. Its support team answers by email, web or chat seven days a week for 16 hours a day. Gigsberg also runs an affiliate program, and its first charity partner is the Special Olympics.
How long does Gigsberg shipping take?
Sellers deliver the tickets, any delivery fee is folded into your price, and tickets must reach you no later than 3 days before the event.
Does Gigsberg have a student discount?
Yes. Students who verify through Student Beans get 5% off every event on the UK site.

How to use a Gigsberg coupon code
- Gigsberg's standing discounts don't start in the same place.
- The £5 credit lives in the Gigsberg Rewards app and shows up only after you complete your profile, so set that up before choosing seats.
- The student rate runs through Student Beans, which means verifying your student status there firSt. Delivery fees are already part of each listing's price, so compare whole prices between sellers.
- Because an order can't be changed after purchase, confirm the discount shows in your total before you pay.
More ways to save at Gigsberg
- Sellers set their own prices, and some list below face value, so checking several listings for the same event can beat any code.
- Gigsberg Rewards also pays cashback when friends buy through the app, though the cashback rates aren't published.
- Paying in pounds keeps a UK order in your own currency, since the selector also offers euros and dollars.
Gigsberg questions, answered
Does Gigsberg refund tickets for an event you can't attend?
Change of mind and being unable to attend aren't refunded, because all sales are final. Money comes back when the event itself is canceled.
What happens if a Gigsberg event is postponed?
A postponed event isn't refunded unless it's eventually canceled. At that point the Buyer Guarantee's full refund applies.
What if a Gigsberg seller never sends the tickets?
Gigsberg may offer comparable tickets at no extra cost or refund the price paid. Tickets that turn up late or are invalid for entry qualify for a 150% refund.
Are Gigsberg tickets sold above face value?
Sellers set the prices, and listings can sit above or below face value. The Gigsberg team verifies the tickets.
Is there an age limit for buying on Gigsberg?
Users must be at least 18, or supervised by a parent or guardian. Refusal of entry over ID, age or dress code isn't refunded, so check the venue's rules too.
