About Mindful Souls
Mindful Souls sells healing crystals, crystal jewelry, aromatherapy and ritual tools, and ships monthly self-care boxes named the Mindful Box, Crystal Box, Chakra Box and Divine Box.
Anyone eyeing a subscription should know that codes cover the first box only; every later box bills at full price on the 7th of the month.
Mindful Souls began in 2018, when a small group interested in mindfulness wanted spiritual practice to feel easier for people with little spare time. The Mindful Box followed in 2019, and the Crystal Box arrived in 2024 after subscribers kept singling out the crystals. The company is registered in the Netherlands, packs boxes at a warehouse in Austin, and sources crystal products through a partnership with Vaibhav Global Limited in Jaipur, India.
Gem expert Monal Gehlot, who holds a GIA certification, works with lithotherapists to choose the stones, which the brand describes as natural and lab-certified. Beyond the boxes, the shop sells necklaces, earrings, rings and bracelets, card decks, candles, diffusers, sage, sound-healing tools and altar decor, sorted by intention, zodiac sign and chakra. For each purchase, the company says it funds a meal for a child in India.

When shoppers look for Mindful Souls coupons
Mindful Souls coupon searches peak in January, about 1.5× a typical month, and dip lowest in October.
Does Mindful Souls offer free shipping?
Yes. Mainland U.S. orders over $60 ship free and subscription boxes ship free nationwide; Hawaii, Alaska and outlying islands pay $12.99.
How long does Mindful Souls shipping take?
Orders leave the warehouse within 24-48 hours and most arrive in 4-7 business days, though remote islands can take 17-25.
What is Mindful Souls' return policy?
Unworn, unused items with tags and packaging have 30 days from receipt, and a free return label follows the request.

How to use a Mindful Souls discount code
- The one entry point Mindful Souls describes is checkout, where Mindful Points are converted into a coupon and applied.
- Because only one discount can apply per product, a points coupon and a promo code are unlikely to both land on the same crystal.
- Sale and already-discounted items take no code at all, so anything in the up-to-60% sale is off the table.
- On a subscription, the Fall Reset 35% or any other code reduces the first box alone, and later boxes bill at full price.
- The email sign-up reveals a mystery discount, so joining the list first is the only way to learn its size.
If your Mindful Souls code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Sale or already-discounted items are excluded from codes; subscription codes cover only the first box.
- One code per order: Discount codes are not valid on items already discounted or on sale, and only one discount can apply per product. On subscriptions, codes apply to the first box only; later boxes are full price.
- End date: "Get 40% Off" ends Nov 10, 2026; "Unlock $30 Off Your Purchase" ends Nov 9, 2026.
- Where to enter it: Mindful Points are converted into a coupon and applied at checkout.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Mindful Souls
- Mindful Points cost nothing to join; at 1 point per $1 and $0.05 a point, 100 points turn into $5 off, but they lapse 180 days after being earned.
- Subscribers can stretch delivery to every 2, 3 or 6 months, or pause for up to 4 months, instead of cancelling.
- Gift subscriptions run 3, 6 or 9 months, and digital gift cards never expire, though they work only on the U.S. online store.
- Separate EU, Canada and Australia/New Zealand stores serve shoppers outside the United States.
Mindful Souls questions, answered
Is there a Mindful Souls discount for a first order?
Email sign-ups receive a mystery welcome discount whose size is not disclosed in advance. For subscriptions, the Fall Reset Sale takes 35% off the first box.
Do Mindful Souls codes work on later subscription boxes?
Codes apply to the first box of a subscription only, and later boxes are billed at full price. Subscribers are charged at signup and then on the 7th of every month.
How are Mindful Points redeemed?
Points convert into a coupon that is applied at checkout, with 100 points worth $5 off. They expire 180 days after being earned, so older balances are worth spending first.
Can a Mindful Souls subscription be paused?
Pausing for up to 4 months is allowed, and boxes can also be skipped or cancelled any time through the customer portal, email or phone. Prepaid monthly and annual memberships are non-refundable despite the advertised 30-day money-back guarantee.
Why might a U.S. bank flag a Mindful Souls charge?
The company is registered in the Netherlands, so some U.S. banks treat its USD charges as international and may ask for authorization.
