About Goulet Pens
Goulet Pens is a small business near Richmond, Virginia, founded in 2009, selling fountain pens, bottled ink, ink samples, notebooks, paper and pen accessories.
Its email welcome reward is a free Random Ink Sample 5-Pack rather than money off, and US standard shipping turns free over $99.
Goulet Pens caters to everyone from first-time fountain pen users to collectors. Pens can be browsed by nib style, including flex, italic and stub nibs, with a starter section for beginners and gold-nib models further up. Inks are sorted by color and by property, such as scented, shimmering, sheening or water-resistant formulas. The shop also carries Goulet Exclusives, limited editions and a Bottom Shelf of pre-owned and cosmetically flawed items.
Much of the site is built around teaching. Comparison tools called Swab Shop, Nib Nook and Pen Plaza let shoppers compare ink colors, nibs and pens side by side, and Fountain Pen 101 is a five-video series for newcomers, backed by a blog of reviews, tips and how-to guides.
When shoppers look for Goulet Pens coupons

How to use a Goulet Pens coupon
- Goulet Pens runs its store on Shopify, so the discount box is in the order summary on the checkout page.
- Sign up for emails before your first order, since the welcome coupon arrives by email and adds a free Random Ink Sample 5-Pack.
- That sampler suits an ink shop well: samples let you try colors before you commit to a bottle, and opened bottles can't be returned.
- Selected products come with a gift with purchase, and giftable package sets carry their own savings, so check those listings before reaching for a code.
- A military discount exists too, explained on its own instructions page.
More ways to save at Goulet Pens
- The Bottom Shelf section sells gently used and scratch-and-dent items at a discount, a cheaper way into a pen you've been eyeing.
- The trade-off is firm, because Bottom Shelf items can't be returned.
- If you do send a pen back, clean it first to avoid the $15 fee.
- Orders placed by 11 AM ET leave the same business day, so a morning order gets moving fasteSt. EU customers can also cancel within 14 days of receiving items.
