About Morrisons
Morrisons is a UK supermarket taking grocery orders online for home delivery, Click & Collect and fast Morrisons Now drops, all priced in GBP.
The first rule is the £25 minimum order, and home deliveries between £25 and £40 also pay a £3 small order charge that disappears once your basket passes £40.
How long does Morrisons shipping take?
Home delivery and Click & Collect both need at least £25 in the basket, with delivery slot charges added separately.
What is Morrisons' return policy?
Most non-perishable groceries can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery, and the refund includes delivery costs.
More about shopping at Morrisons
- Small order charge
- Morrisons adds £3 to home delivery baskets of £25-£40, and nothing once you're over £40.
- Delivery Pass
- The paid pass covers home delivery on £25+ orders from 77p a week, though Morrisons Now orders aren't included.
- Substitutes
- Turn down a substitute at the door and you won't pay for it; perishable, personalised and unsealed hygiene items aren't refundable for change of mind.
- More Card
- The free More Card tracks your points and lets you activate member offers, and you can apply online or in store.
- Order limits
- One account can book two deliveries a day, and no single product can appear more than 18 times per order.
- Age checks
- Online shoppers must be 18 or older, and alcohol is handed over only after a Challenge 25 ID check.

How to use a Morrisons discount code
- Morrisons' terms don't point to a specific spot for codes, so expect to add yours while reviewing the basket before payment.
- The first-order offer is built for Morrisons Now rather than a weekly shop: £5 off each of the first 3 Now orders, each needing a £30 minimum spend.
- Money-off vouchers on regular orders carry a catch.
- Drugs, pharmaceutical products, infant milk and formula don't count toward the minimum order, so a basket heavy on formula can fall short.
- Add up your total without those items before relying on a voucher, and remember slot charges sit outside the minimum.
If your Morrisons code doesn't work
- Minimum order: "£5 off first 3 Morrisons Now orders (min spend £30)" needs an order of at least £30.
- New customers only: "£5 off first 3 Morrisons Now orders (min spend £30)" is for a first order.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Morrisons
- Regular shoppers may save more through the Delivery Pass than through codes.
- Anytime costs £2 a week on the monthly plan, £1.73 over 6 months or £1.35 on the annual plan.
- The Midweek pass runs £1.25, £0.96 or £0.77 a week if midweek slots suit you.
- On the shelves, look for 10% off selected The Best products, £1, £2 and £3 selected items, and online multibuys such as Buy 3 for £30.
- Morrisons Gift Cards are also linked from the site.
Morrisons questions, answered
What's the minimum order for Morrisons delivery?
Home delivery and Click & Collect both start at £25. Deliveries between £25 and £40 add a £3 small order charge, and slot charges are separate.
How does the Morrisons Now first-order discount work?
New Morrisons Now shoppers get £5 off each of their first 3 orders, with a £30 minimum spend on each. The code goes in at checkout.
How much is the Morrisons Delivery Pass?
The Midweek pass starts from 77p a week on an annual plan, while Anytime runs from £1.35 to £2 a week. It covers home delivery on £25+ orders but not Morrisons Now.
Can Morrisons groceries go back after a change of mind?
Most non-perishable products can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery, with delivery costs refunded. Perishable, personalised and unsealed hygiene items are excluded.
What is the Morrisons More Card?

Which items don't count toward a Morrisons voucher minimum?
Drugs, pharmaceutical products, infant milk and formula don't count toward the minimum order when you use a money-off voucher. Take them out of the total to see whether your basket qualifies.
