About Haven
Haven runs 38 coastal holiday parks across England, Scotland and Wales, with caravan, lodge, apartment, chalet and glamping breaks, touring pitches and static caravans for sale, and has done so since 1964.
UK holidaymakers should know the Price Promise first: if you find your break for less, contact Haven and it refunds the difference.
Haven also runs a caravan ownership business: new and used static caravans and lodges are sold on its parks, an existing caravan can be part-exchanged, and finance is offered at 9.6% APR representative, subject to status. Every park has an indoor heated pool, places to eat and drink, and activities and shows, and holiday packages come with a Play Pass for the pool and entertainment, though some activities are charged separately.
Parks run from Cornwall, Devon and Dorset up to Yorkshire and Northumberland, across North and South Wales, and into Scotland at Craig Tara and Seton Sands. Break types include tots breaks, dog-friendly stays, golf and fishing trips, Haunted Haven Halloween breaks and festive stays. In 2025 The Sun Travel Awards named Haven Best UK Holiday Provider, and the AA's 2025 caravan and camping awards picked its Hopton park as the top holiday park of the year.

Haven shipping, returns and perks

- The optional Standard or Premium plan is added at booking or within 48 hours, and the plan itself is non-refundable.

- 70+ days out refunds 100% of the booking value minus deposit and plan cost, 29-69 days 50%, 8-28 days 20%, under 7 days nothing.
- Booking changes
- Without a plan you can move dates, length or park up to 56 days before arrival (28 with Standard, 24 hours with Premium), for a minimum £20 admin fee each time.
- Picking your home
- Choosing the exact holiday home costs from £30, but not on 7-night Saturday arrivals or longer stays.
- Check-out
- Leave the holiday home by 10am on departure day; park facilities stay open to you that day.
- Caravan finance
- Static caravans can be financed at 9.6% APR representative, subject to status, with part exchange offered.

- After booking, keep an eye on the price: under the Price Promise, a cheaper listing for the same break gets you the difference back.

- Without one, changes are allowed up to 56 days before arrival; closer than that, only a plan keeps your options open.
- Refunds can take up to 35 days to land.
