About Airalo

Airalo sells prepaid travel eSIM data packages for more than 200 countries and regions, through its website and app, and works as a marketplace of local network providers.

Airalo was founded in 2019 and calls itself the first eSIM store in the world. Its platform is operated by AirGSM Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore, and its staff work remotely across several continents. Beyond single-country packages, the store sells regional bundles such as Africa Safari, Caribbean Islands and European Union and United Kingdom, along with global plans and unlimited-data options. The app is offered in 53 languages, and support runs around the clock by chat and WhatsApp.

Airalo points to social projects including a Clean Water Initiative in Cameroon, child sponsorship through Children International, and relief funds for Ukraine, Myanmar and Australia. Phones need to be eSIM compatible and network unlocked, users must be at least 13, and reselling or sharing eSIM service is not allowed.
