About HeadshotPro
HeadshotPro turns uploaded selfies into AI-generated professional headshots, sold to individuals as one-time packages from $29 for 30 headshots up to $59 for 70, and to teams through credit-based plans.
The money-saving rule to know first: a full refund within 14 days depends on not downloading any photos, so review the results before saving a single file.
HeadshotPro is an AI photo service founded by Danny Postma, who built other AI products before it and was an early OpenAI customer. The company launched in 2023, and its about page traces the idea back to a rough proof of concept in 2022. Its output is aimed at the places a work photo appears, such as LinkedIn profiles, resumes, team pages, speaker bios and company websites.
Beyond individual packages, the service offers team accounts in which administrators pick the backdrops and outfits while members upload their own selfies, plus an enterprise tier with SAML single sign-on, a DPA and a SOC 2 Type II program. A built-in profile picture editor handles cropping and logo or text overlays, and edit credits cover backdrop and outfit swaps. HeadshotPro states that uploaded photos are not used to train its AI and are erased 30 days after they are generated.
When shoppers look for HeadshotPro coupons
HeadshotPro coupon searches peak in October, about 1.8× a typical month, and dip lowest in August.
What is HeadshotPro's return policy?
A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase if no photos were downloaded, paid back to the original payment method.
What payment methods does HeadshotPro accept?

How to use a HeadshotPro promo code
- HeadshotPro takes coupon codes at checkout, where a code applies either a percentage or a fixed amount to the package price.
- Anyone arriving through a referral link has nothing to type, since referral discounts are applied automatically.
- Choose the package before entering a code, and remember that the tiered discounts belong to team credits alone, so someone buying the $29 package cannot tap the team rates.
- After purchase, an upsell prompt to Professional or Executive may unlock an extra discount on the upgrade.
- Once any refund has been issued, later purchases become final, which is worth weighing before claiming a partial refund on a first order.
More ways to save at HeadshotPro
- Teams save the most: cumulative discounts reach 25% at 25 credits, 35% at 100 and 45% at 500, and because credits never expire, buying a larger block at once locks in the deeper rate for later hires.
- Individuals avoid recurring charges entirely, since every package is a one-time payment.
- A referral link applies its discount without a code, and a small, medium or large gift card ordered through support and redeemed on the redeem page makes a useful present for a job seeker.
- The free redo on Professional and Executive packages is another way to avoid paying twice.
