About Jenson USA
Jenson USA has sold bikes online since 1994, from complete mountain and gravel bikes to components, apparel and camping gear.
The line that shapes most orders here is $50: above it, most items ship free to physical addresses in the 48 contiguous states, though oversize charges can still land on bulky boxes.
Jenson USA calls itself America's Bike & Adventure Shop, and its site lists more than 30,000 products in stock. Brands range from Norco and XLAB complete bikes to Blackburn racks, Kids Ride Shotgun child seats, PNW Components, Galfer and Muc-Off, while the camp and hike section covers tents, sleeping bags, backpacks, coolers and camp furniture.
Bikes leave the shop assembled, tested and tuned. Riders can save their own bike in My Bike Lounge, a compatibility tool powered by Bike Matrix, use the Bike Finder, or reach Gear Advisors by phone or email for help choosing parts. A free Jenson Insider account makes order tracking easier.

When shoppers look for Jenson USA coupons
Jenson USA coupon searches peak in May, about 1.3× a typical month, and dip lowest in January.
Does Jenson USA offer free shipping?
Yes. Most items over $50 ship free by standard service within the 48 contiguous states; PO boxes don't qualify, and oversize charges can still apply.
How long does Jenson USA shipping take?
In-stock orders placed by 3 pm PST usually leave the same day, while special-order or backordered parts may run late.
What is Jenson USA's return policy?
The homepage banner promises a 90-day returns window, but the public pages don't say when that clock starts.
What payment methods does Jenson USA accept?
Sezzle is listed as a payment option if you'd rather split the cost of a new bike.
Does Jenson USA price match?
Jenson USA says it matches prices, but the terms aren't printed on the pages checked.

How to use a Jenson USA coupon
- Jenson USA's stored pages don't show where the code box sits, so the useful question is which code to spend.
- The email sign-up code covers one full-priced item, and exclusions apply, so it pays most on the priciest piece in your cart that isn't already marked down.
- Insider-only coupons appear once you've opened a free Jenson Insider account, so create it before you build the cart.
- Banner deals such as 25% off PNW Components or up to $3,500 off mountain and gravel bikes are listed as site promotions, which makes them worth checking before you hunt for a code.
More ways to save at Jenson USA
- Bikes are where the big numbers sit.
- Banners list up to $3,500 off mountain and gravel bikes and free shipping on select bikes, a saving of $99.
- Buy a Santa Cruz Vala or Bullit and a Power Extender comes free.
- Ask about the price match before you order, since its terms aren't published.
- Sezzle spreads a big purchase out, and a gift card suits a rider whose component wishlist you can't guess.
