How Sigma Sports discounts work
Sigma Sports gives most of its discounts to groups who prove who they are. Students get 11% off after verifying with Student Beans, which sends a unique code to enter at checkout. NHS staff, police, fire services and the military get 10% off after applying online.
Anyone can get 10% off a first clothing order by signing up for email and SMS. Nutrition bundles save up to 20%, and the discount applies in the basket. Student codes leave out bikes, frames and sale items. Orders over £50 get free delivery.

About Sigma Sports
Sigma Sports is a UK cycling, triathlon and running specialist, founded in 1992, selling bikes, clothing, components and nutrition alongside four stores with workshops and bike fitting.
Before counting on a code, know that its discount terms leave out bikes, frames, sale items and workshop labour unless an offer says otherwise.
Sigma Sports has stores in Hampton Wick in London, Oakham in the Midlands, Letchworth in Hertfordshire and Wilmslow in Cheshire, and online orders can be reserved and collected there. Its services include Trek Project One orders, custom bike builds, servicing and repairs, bike-buying consultations, bike insurance, an approved used section, and organized events and rides.
The bike range spans road, gravel, triathlon, TT, track, folding, hybrid and electric models from brands such as Specialized, Trek, Pinarello, Colnago, Cervelo, Factor and Brompton. Clothing comes from names including Rapha, MAAP, Pas Normal Studios and Castelli, while the run and triathlon side adds wetsuits, trisuits and running shoes from Brooks, On Running and HUUB.
Does Sigma Sports offer free shipping?
Yes. UK orders over £50 ship free; small parcels travel by Royal Mail, while bikes and bulky items go by courier, 9am-6pm on weekdays.
How long does Sigma Sports shipping take?
Bikes and large items cost £150 by freight and take about seven working days; Premier Bike Delivery is an optional £30.
What is Sigma Sports' return policy?
30 days from purchase for unused items with original tags and packaging; UK returns cost £3.50 per order, or nothing at any store.
Does Sigma Sports have a student discount?
Yes. 11% off retail price through Student Beans, though not on sale items, bikes, frames, turbo trainers or power meters.
Does Sigma Sports offer a military discount?
Yes. 10% off retail price for UK residents through Sigma's own form, including NHS, police and fire staff.
Does Sigma Sports price match?
Identical, in-stock items from UK nationwide retailers, judged case by case; not alongside Cycle to Work or interest-free credit.

How to use a Sigma Sports discount code
- Sigma Sports takes codes at checkout, and only one promotional voucher fits each order.
- Most codes work once per customer unless stated, and they're online-only.
- Match the code to the basket: the 10% sign-up offer only touches a first clothing order, so subscribe by email and SMS before you buy kit, not a frame.
- Delivery and priority dispatch costs, special-order items and workshop labour sit outside code terms.
- One catch on returns: send back part of a discounted order and the store may void the discount and charge full listed price on what you keep.
If your Sigma Sports code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Discount code terms list delivery and priority dispatch costs, special-order items, sale items, workshop labour and all bikes and frames unless stated.
- Combining offers: One promotional voucher per order and codes once per customer unless stated; codes are online-only.
- New customers only: 10% off first clothing order (subscribe to email and SMS) does not apply to repeat orders.
- Where to enter it: Enter the code at checkout.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Sigma Sports
- The biggest bike saving runs through Cyclescheme, which can take up to 39% off a new bike under the cycle-to-work scheme.
- Interest-free credit is offered too, though price matching won't apply alongside either.
- Energy food bundles step up from 10% off 6 items to 15% off 12 and 20% off 24.
- A Universal Colours bundle saves 20% and adds a free base layer.
- Account spend counts toward a loyalty scheme, but Apple Pay payments don't, and BFPO addresses get VAT-free delivery with a letter from a Commanding Officer.
Sigma Sports questions, answered
How much does it cost to return a Sigma Sports order?
UK returns cost £3.50 per order, or nothing if you drop them at any store. Bulky items and bikes cost extra to send back.
Does Sigma Sports ship to the US?
Tracked DHL serves many countries outside the UK, with Global-e acting as seller of record. US orders come back through the international returns portal at your cost.
Will Sigma Sports match a cheaper price?
Identical, in-stock items from UK nationwide retailers with comparable service are matched case by case. Non-UK sites, membership prices and multi-buys don't count.
Can I use a Sigma Sports code in store?
Codes are online-only, and each order takes a single promotional voucher.
