About JetBlue

JetBlue sells flights on a U.S.

airline flying since 2000, along with vacation packages that bundle flights and hotels, plus hotel, car rental and activity deals. Fare choice saves more than any code. Main, EvenMore and Mint carry no change or cancellation fees, while the Base versions charge $150 per person to change or cancel.

JetBlue Airways goes beyond selling seats: its site also books cruises, either alone or with a flight, all-inclusive getaways, family vacation bundles, stays and trip activities, and most of these earn TrueBlue points. TrueBlue is free to join, its points do not expire, and they can cover a fare on their own or be mixed with cash.

The airline's customer service plan sets out a few commitments. Kids under 13 are seated beside the adult traveling with them for free when the plan's conditions are met, including on Base fares. Members receive 5,000 TrueBlue points when a delay within JetBlue's control runs over 3 hours or a flight is cancelled late. JetBlue also offers co-branded credit cards and works with partner airlines.
