About Keepsake Frames

Keepsake Frames turns photos you upload through its website or iPhone app into printed pictures framed in solid wood, handmade in the United States since 2015.

Every frame is made to order, so there are no change-of-mind returns. Check the photo, size and crop before you pay rather than counting on a refund later.

Keepsake was started by founder and CEO Adam Weiss, who says the idea came in 2015 after he photographed friends holding hands in California and wanted a simple, affordable way to frame the shot as a gift. He began with an app, working with a partner workshop in West Virginia. Frames are now cut, joined and finished in company studios in Kentucky, Melbourne and Toronto, and the site runs separate storefronts for the United States, Canada and Australia.

Each frame comes with 2.5mm scratch-resistant glass, acid-free matting, luster photo paper and hanging hardware. The iPhone app goes further than the website, with collages of 2 to 200 images, caption frames and mini sizes such as 5x7, 6x6 and 6x8. Changes or cancellations need an email straight away and are impossible once the order ships, and gift cards are sold too.

When shoppers look for Keepsake Frames coupons

Keepsake Frames coupon searches peak in December, about 1.7× a typical month, and dip lowest in February.

US Google searches, Oct 2025 to Sep 2026. Search interest, not sales.

How long does Keepsake Frames shipping take?

Each frame takes a couple of business days to assemble, checkout shows an estimated delivery date, and tracking arrives by email on dispatch.

What is Keepsake Frames' return policy?

No change-of-mind returns on made-to-order frames; damaged frames are replaced once you email support a photo of the damage. (read Oct 13, 2026)

What payment methods does Keepsake Frames accept?

Major credit cards on the website; Apple Pay works only inside the Keepsake Frames iPhone app.

How to use a Keepsake Frames promo code

  1. Keepsake Frames doesn't describe where its code box sits, so look for it as you move through checkout after your photo is uploaded and the frame is set up.
  2. That same checkout screen shows the estimated delivery date.
  3. Expedited production and shipping add a small extra fee, so decide whether you need the faster date before you pay.
  4. If you spot a mistake after ordering, email the change or cancellation right away, because nothing can be altered once the frame ships.
  5. Planning a collage or a mini size?
  6. Those exist only in the iPhone app, which is also the one place Apple Pay is accepted.

More ways to save at Keepsake Frames

  • Keepsake Frames gives you few levers beyond a code.
  • A gift card from the footer link suits someone who'd rather pick their own photos, though no terms are published for it.
  • The bigger saving is avoiding a frame you don't want: change-of-mind returns aren't accepted, and support settles unhappy orders case by case.
  • Skipping expedited production also keeps the extra fee off your total when the standard delivery date works for you.

Keepsake Frames questions, answered

Can a Keepsake Frames order be returned?

Change-of-mind returns aren't accepted, since every frame is made to order. If you're unhappy, email support for a case-by-case remedy, and damaged items are replaced once you send a photo.

Does Keepsake Frames ship outside the US?

Orders go to all 50 US states, Canada and Australia only. Other countries aren't on the delivery list.

How long does a custom frame take to arrive?

Each frame is handmade and takes a couple of business days to assemble before it ships. Checkout shows an estimated delivery date, and expedited production costs a small extra fee.

Which frame options are only in the iPhone app?

Collages of 2-200 images, caption frames and the 5x7, 6x6 and 6x8 mini sizes are app-only. Apple Pay is also limited to the app.

Can an order be changed after it's placed?

Changes and cancellations have to be emailed right away. Once the frame has shipped, nothing can be changed.
