About La Colombe
La Colombe is a Philadelphia coffee roaster, in business since 1994, selling roasted coffee, Draft Latte and cold brew cans, matcha lattes, gifts and coffee subscriptions.

La Colombe takes its name from the French word for dove. Its founders started out in 1994 with one roasting machine, hoping to bring café culture to America after encountering coffee traditions on their travels. The first café, in Philadelphia, had a micro roaster at the back, and a full-scale Philadelphia roastery followed in 1995, supplying coffee to restaurants and hotels. The company counts the Draft Latte among its own inventions.
Its coffee lineup is sorted by roast level and by type, covering blends, single origins, organic, decaf and bulk bags, with house blends such as Nizza, meant for espresso, and the dark-roasted Corsica. Beyond online sales, La Colombe runs its own cafés, sells wholesale and lists retailers through a store finder.
