About Merlin Cycles

Merlin Cycles is a UK online bike shop selling bikes and frames, components, wheels, tyres, clothing, accessories and nutrition, with prices in GBP.

Bikes are built to order and sit outside the free UK delivery offer, so check a bike's delivery cost before you weigh up a discount code.

Does Merlin Cycles offer free shipping?

Yes. Most UK orders over £60 ship free, depending on weight and size, but bikes don't qualify.

How long does Merlin Cycles shipping take?

Orders usually leave within 24 hours; smaller items go by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and bikes by Parcelforce's 48 hour service.

What is Merlin Cycles' return policy?

You have 60 days from receipt to send back unused items in original packaging, and return postage isn't refunded.

What payment methods does Merlin Cycles accept?

PayPal Pay in 3, finance and Cycle Scheme are all on offer for bigger purchases.

More about shopping at Merlin Cycles

Bike builds
Each bike is built to order, which takes about 7-10 days.
Exchanges
Merlin doesn't swap items, so reorder the one you want and return the first.
Outside the UK
Merlin ships to many countries, including the United States; outside the EU, import duties and taxes are yours to pay.

How to use a Merlin Cycles discount code

  1. Merlin Cycles discounts mostly appear as brand markdowns, such as up to 75% off Fox, up to 43% off Panaracer and up to 33% off Look pedals, and those need no code.
  2. If you do use a code, think about returns firSt. Sending back part of an order bought with a spend-threshold or group discount can cancel that discount, so the refund may be smaller than the item's share of the total.
  3. Keep a parts or clothing basket over £60 to get free UK delivery on most items.
  4. For a bike, the 7-10 day build time and your payment choice may matter more than a code.

If your Merlin Cycles code doesn't work

  • New customers only: "Get up to 10% off Your First Order" is for a first order.
  • End date: "7% Off Select Items" ends Nov 10, 2026.

More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.

More ways to save at Merlin Cycles

  • If a bike is the big purchase, Cycle Scheme and Merlin's finance option spread the cost, and PayPal Pay in 3 suits smaller orders of parts or kit.
  • Grouping tyres, tubes and nutrition into one order over £60 gets free UK delivery on most of it.
  • Refunds can take 14 days to show in your account, so returning an item to rebuy it at a sale price won't be instant.
  • After 60 days, a return may earn a credit note instead of a refund.
