About CEWE

CEWE makes personalized photo books, calendars, prints, wall art, cards and photo gifts at its production site in Warwick, and it delivers to UK addresses only.

Only one voucher code fits each order, and Spend and Save codes cover a single product group, so a basket mixing a photo book with a calendar won't qualify.

CEWE's UK operation belongs to the CEWE Group, which is headquartered in Oldenburg, Germany, and supplies retail partners in 21 countries across Europe. The group traces its history back to 1912, says it has 60 years of experience in photo printing, and bases its UK production, sales, marketing and customer service staff in Warwick.

Beyond the core photo book, the range takes in advent calendars with photo doors, wall art set with crystals, retro and instant-style prints, stationery and greeting cards, plus film developing by post and a photo digitization service. Projects can be designed in a free mobile app or in desktop software. CEWE runs the CEWE Photo Award competition, partners with the National Trust, offers a photo book with recycled inner paper, and says over 90% of its digital printing paper is FSC certified.

How long does CEWE shipping take?

Cost depends on the product, and Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Jersey and Guernsey take one extra working day.

What is CEWE's return policy?

Up to 5 of each product can go back free via Customer Care within 14 days of receipt, and CEWE agrees a fix with you.

How to use a CEWE discount code

  1. CEWE takes codes in the voucher code box during checkout, and only one goes on each order.
  2. The welcome 10% needs the newsletter sign-up first, and it covers your first CEWE PHOTOBOOK only.
  3. Welcome codes can't be added to an order already placed, so if you missed it, keep the code for the next one.
  4. Spend and Save codes need a basket from one product group, and postage is still charged on top.
  5. Orders can't be edited or cancelled after they're submitted, so check that the code took before you place the order.

If your CEWE code doesn't work

  • Minimum order: "£20 off when you spend £200 or more" needs an order of at least £200; "£15 off when you spend £150 or more" needs an order of at least £150.
  • Exclusions: Spend and Save codes apply to one product group only; mixed baskets are excluded; postage still charged.
