About My Muscle Chef
My Muscle Chef cooks chef-prepared, dietitian-designed ready meals, with 70+ options from A$10.95, plus high-protein snacks, shakes, bundles and weekly meal plans delivered chilled across Australia.
The saving rule that matters most is delivery: only recurring orders of A$99 or more ship free, and one-off orders pay a flat fee.
My Muscle Chef was started in 2013 by Tushar Menon, who had been tracking his own macros and wanted protein-rich ready meals for people with busy schedules. The company says it grew from a three-person kitchen into its own food manufacturing facility by 2022, and along the way it added a plant-based range and moved its meals from frozen to fresh.
The menu now spans vegan, keto-friendly, low-calorie and larger-portion meals, along with soups, breakfasts and protein baked goods such as muffins, cookies and oat slices. Its meals also reach shoppers through more than 2,100 retail stockists, including service stations and grocers, and the brand offers an NDIS ordering option and a corporate program.
