About Petlibro
Petlibro makes smart pet tech for cats and dogs: automatic feeders, water fountains, the Luma smart litter box, the Scout pet camera and cat trees.
It has been designing pet products since 2019. Before you count on a code, know that clearance and customized items can't be returned, and return shipping comes out of your refund.
Petlibro describes its products as designed around the shared lives of pets and their owners, and its feeders and fountains increasingly lean on data. The Granary dry food feeders now include a Granary 2, the One feeder recognizes multiple pets by RFID, and Polar handles wet food. Dockstream and Dockstream 2 are the water fountain lines, with a stainless steel option as well.
Petlibro Care adds wellness tracking and insights, the Luma litter box and Scout camera tie into a Video Cloud AI service, and the devices run through the Petlibro app. Filters, desiccant bags and other accessories can be set up on a recurring delivery schedule, and products carry a 24-month warranty against defects. The site also runs a Trade up program, and Petlibro operates separate regional stores for the UK, Germany, France, Australia and Japan.
When shoppers look for Petlibro coupons
Petlibro coupon searches peak in July, about 1.3× a typical month, and dip lowest in February.
Does Petlibro offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping to the contiguous US is free on orders over $99; below that it's $5.99 under $34.99 and $9.99 from $35.
How long does Petlibro shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 5-8 business days from warehouses in Tracy CA, Bolingbrook IL, Southaven MS and Allentown PA.
What is Petlibro's return policy?
You get 30 days, with an RMA, the original packaging and every accessory and manual; a Luma box sent back dirty may cost a $60 cleaning fee.
What payment methods does Petlibro accept?
Cards, PayPal, Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna and Shop Pay are accepted, though subscription orders can't use the three pay-later services.

How to use a Petlibro discount code
- Codes go into the discount field in the checkout's order summary, where Shopify stores place it.
- The site's raffle pop-up is the first stop for new shoppers: entering an email can win a smart device or up to 15% off the first order, and adding a phone number gives another chance.
- Because it's a raffle, the amount isn't fixed.
- If the cart sits just under $99, an extra accessory can be worth more than a small code, since crossing that line drops the $9.99 shipping charge.
- Clearance and customized items stay non-returnable whatever discount you use.
More ways to save at Petlibro
- Accessories can be bought on a recurring schedule, anywhere from weekly to quarterly, and the subscription can be cancelled from your account at any time.
- Petlibro also sells an e-gift card on the site.
- For the Luma smart litter box, site banners showed savings of up to 17%, plus a trade-up offer of over $150 off the box and 25% off other pet care.
Petlibro questions, answered
Does Petlibro ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Shipping covers the contiguous US only, leaving out Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Canada is served from petlibro.com as well.
Who pays return shipping at Petlibro?
The buyer covers return shipping, and the cost is deducted from the refund, which goes to store credit or the original payment method.
How long is the Petlibro warranty?
Products carry a 24-month warranty against defects, with repair, replacement or refund as the remedy.
Can Afterpay or Klarna pay for a Petlibro subscription?
Affirm, Afterpay and Klarna can't be used on subscription orders, but Shop Pay installments can.
Is the Petlibro sign-up discount a fixed 15%?
The sign-up reward is a raffle prize, either a smart device or up to 15% off the first order, so the amount varies.
