About zooplus
zooplus is the UK site of a Europe-wide online pet shop, selling dog, cat, small-pet and bird food, including vet diets, plus litter, flea and worming treatments, beds and toys from Royal Canin, Hill's and its own lines.
The biggest regular saving is zooplus Repeat, a subscription that takes 15% off the first order.
zooplus carries a wide spread of pet food brands, from Arden Grange, Lily's Kitchen, James Wellbeloved and Forthglade to Purina, Whiskas and Applaws, alongside ranges such as Purizon, Rosie's Farm, Wolf of Wilderness and Cosma. Beyond cats and dogs it stocks food, cages and bedding for rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, ferrets, chinchillas and degus, and food for canaries, budgies, parrots and hens, as well as wild birds.
The company says it has been serving pet owners for over 20 years and ships to countries across Europe. Its free zooplus Club gives 1 zooPoint per £1 spent, which can be swapped for rewards or donated to charity, and an online cat magazine runs articles on health problems and breed profiles.

How to use a zooplus discount code
- Plan the basket around zooplus Repeat before reaching for a code.
- The subscription takes 15% off the first order and up to 10% off later deliveries, and you can pause or cancel it in your account.
- The catch is the stacking rule: Charity and Club Premium discounts can't be combined with other coupons, discount groups or the Repeat discount.
- If you activate the free 90-day Club Premium trial with an order, compare its discount against any coupon, since they won't run together.
- Keep the basket at £39 or more to drop the delivery charge on most UK postcodes.
If your zooplus code doesn't work
- Minimum order: "£5 off your first app order with code APP-NEW" needs an order of at least £49; "10% Off" needs an order of at least £55.
- Combining offers: Charity and Club Premium discounts can't be combined with other coupons, discount groups or the zooplus Repeat discount.
- New customers only: "£5 off your first app order with code APP-NEW" is for a first order.
- End date: "Take 25% Off w/ Special Code on Your Order" ends Dec 31, 2026; "Get 15% Off Your Order" ends Nov 17, 2026.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at zooplus
- zooplus says its Black Friday and Cyber savings arrive every year around late November, a natural time to stock up on bulky food and litter.
- In between, zooPoints build at 1 per £1 and turn into free rewards, and the 333-point newsletter bonus gives the balance a head start.
- Next Day Delivery on eligible postcodes needs your order in before 3pm Monday to Thursday.
- Click & Collect at 18,000 EVRi ParcelShops is free from £39 for parcels up to 17kg.

zooplus.co.uk no longer serves Northern Ireland, so those orders go through zooplus.ie or zooplus.com.

A Student Discount link sits in the site menu, but the amount and terms weren't on the pages read.
Do zooPoints expire?
Points not used within 12 months expire, so spend them in the Rewards Shop or donate them to a charity before then.
