About Litter-Robot
Litter-Robot is Whisker's line of self-cleaning cat litter boxes, from the Litter-Robot 5 Pro and 5 to the EVO and 4, plus the Feeder-Robot, litter and accessories.
Every robot ships free in the US, so the real question is which discount program fits your household: trade-up, student, military, parent or Autoship.
Litter-Robot comes from Whisker, a company started by Brad Baxter, who invented the Litter-Robot to fix a litter box problem with his own cats; Whisker says it has been in business for 25 years. Design work happens in Auburn Hills, Michigan, and each Litter-Robot is put together by hand in Juneau, Wisconsin.
The Litter-Robot 5 and 5 Pro use WasteID, which tells urine from feces for targeted odor control, and some models stream video through AI-powered dual cameras. In the Whisker app, owners can follow a cat's weight trends, litter levels and bathroom habits, and Whisker rates one Litter-Robot 5 for up to 5 cats. The range also covers Lit Premium Cat Litter, OdorTrap packs, waste liners, furniture and reconditioned units, and every robot comes with a 1-year WhiskerCare warranty.
