About Printique

Printique is Adorama's photo lab, founded in 1998 as AdoramaPix, and it prints in Brooklyn: photo books, albums, cards, calendars and wall art on metal, acrylic, glass, wood and canvas.

Read the exclusion list before you count on a code, because Printique's coupons skip several finishing extras and never combine with another promotion.

Printique sets itself apart with silver-halide printing, a process that exposes light-sensitive paper and develops it with silver-based chemistry instead of laying down ink; the lab says this keeps prints sharp and resistant to fading. That method is used for its photo prints and books, while the wider range adds layflat albums, giclee fine art prints, framed prints, photo tiles, puzzles and drinkware.

Customers can collect finished orders in Brooklyn or at Adorama in Manhattan, and free accounts can hold up to 100 GB of images for two years. A paid Pro membership gives working photographers client galleries, rush priority and a yearly savings status. Printique also runs a trade program and a Squarespace integration, and its support team takes phone calls during business hours.

When shoppers look for Printique coupons

Printique coupon searches peak in September, about 1.4× a typical month, and dip lowest in June.

US Google searches, Sep 2025 to Aug 2026. Search interest, not sales.

Does Printique offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders above $100 after discounts and before tax get the cheapest method free; Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, APO/FPO and large metal prints are left out.

How long does Printique shipping take?

After production, choose USPS or UPS Economy (7-10 days), Standard (5 days), Premium (2 days) or Express overnight, priced by weight and size.

What is Printique's return policy?

You have 30 days from receipt to report a defect; Printique fixes or replaces it at its own cost, though customer errors aren't covered.

What payment methods does Printique accept?

Pay by credit card, PayPal or Printique credits, the same credits a returned product earns at its full value.

How to use a Printique coupon code

  1. Printique's code box is in the Payments section of checkout, with a second entry spot in that page's sidebar; type the code and click Apply.
  2. New customers get 20% off a first order through a welcome code, and free shipping still kicks in above $100.
  3. Coupons can't be combined with other coupons, discounts or promotions, and they can't be added to a past order.
  4. They also skip large metal prints, stamping, edge gilding, rounded corners, pedestals, mounted prints, presentation boxes, Fast Track processing, gift notes and gift cards, so expect those extras at full price.

If your Printique code doesn't work

  • Minimum order: "20% off first order + free shipping on $100+" needs an order of at least $100; "20% Off Metal & Canvas Orders" needs an order of at least $100.
  • Exclusions: Coupons exclude large metal prints, stamping, edge gilding, rounded corners, pedestals, mounted prints, presentation boxes, samples, Pro Service, Fast Track processing, gift notes and gift cards.
  • Combining offers: Coupons cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts, offers or promotions, and do not apply to past orders.
  • New customers only: "20% off first order + free shipping on $100+" is for a first order.
  • End date: "10% Off Storewide" ends Nov 17, 2026; "10% Off Storewide for Members" ends Nov 17, 2026.

More ways to save at Printique

  • Printique's October Sale takes 25% off glass and acrylic prints and classic books, and it was live when the site was read in October.
  • Frequent customers can weigh Pro Service at $14.95 a month or $159.95 a year: it builds a Loyalty Status from the calendar year's purchases, though only the bigger of that status or a coupon applies.
  • A referral link is offered, with no reward stated.
  • Free accounts store up to 100 GB of images for up to two years, which makes reprints easy to reorder.

Printique questions, answered

Where does a Printique code go at checkout?

Enter it in the Payments section of checkout, or in that page's sidebar, then click Apply. Codes can't be applied to past orders.

Does Printique give new customers a discount?

New customers get 20% off a first order with a welcome code. Orders above $100 also get the cheapest shipping free.

Does Pro Service status stack with Printique coupons?

Pro Service Loyalty Status doesn't stack with coupons; Printique applies whichever saving is bigger. Coupons can't join other coupons or promotions either.

What can't a Printique coupon be used on?

Coupons exclude large metal prints, mounted prints, stamping, edge gilding, rounded corners, pedestals, presentation boxes, samples, Fast Track processing, gift notes and gift cards. Pro Service itself is excluded too.

Does Printique ship outside the US?

Printique ships only to the US and Canada. Canadian orders have their own rates, duty and tax aren't included, and very large items can carry a $99 fee.

Does Printique charge sales tax?

Sales tax is collected only on orders shipped within New York.

Can a Printique order be cancelled?

Cancelling before printing gets a full refund. After printing, Printique charges a 50% fee.
