About Rishi Tea & Botanicals
Rishi Tea & Botanicals sells organic loose-leaf teas, sachets, matcha, tea concentrates, sparkling botanicals and teaware, including Garden Direct teas sourced from farms in Asia.
The $60 line shapes your total more than any code. Below it, most items ship economy for a flat $8.00 to the contiguous US, and Sparkling Botanicals or Tea Concentrates cost $12.00.
Rishi Tea & Botanicals is headquartered in Milwaukee and presents itself as a direct-trade merchant of organic teas gathered from out-of-the-way growing regions. Its catalog can be browsed by origin, with teas from China, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand and the wider regions of South and Southeast Asia, and by style, covering black and red teas, green, oolong, white, pu'er and dark teas, chai and caffeine-free blends from its Rishi Herb Lab.
Shoppers can also filter by taste profile, take a tea-matching quiz, or set up regular deliveries through a tea subscription. Teaware includes teapots, cups, bowls and matcha tools, and gift boxes pair teas with brewing gear. The company's online journal covers brewing guides, recipes, an origins map and travel stories from the regions where it buys its teas.
When shoppers look for Rishi Tea & Botanicals coupons

Does Rishi Tea & Botanicals offer free shipping?

How long does Rishi Tea & Botanicals shipping take?
Economy costs a flat $8.00 for most items, $12.00 for Sparkling Botanicals and Tea Concentrates; expedited 2- and 3-day options cost extra.
What payment methods does Rishi Tea & Botanicals accept?
Pay by credit card or with a Rishi Tea Gift Card, which is sold alongside the gift range.

How to use a Rishi Tea & Botanicals coupon
- Rishi's shop runs on Shopify, so the discount box sits in the order summary on the checkout page.
- A code won't change what can come back, and sale items are final, so a discounted tin of matcha is yours to keep.
- If your cart lands just short of $60, a Rishi Teaser can close the gap.
- These small loose-leaf samples brew 2-4 infusions and cost $2-3 each, less than the $8.00 economy fee they would save.
More ways to save at Rishi Tea & Botanicals
- Rishi Tea Room Rewards costs nothing to join and climbs with what you spend over 12 months.
- Members get anniversary gifts, free shipping promotions, free samples and early access, and the top tier ships standard for free on every order.
- Tea subscriptions earn 1.5x spend credit toward those tiers, which helps if you drink the same tea each month.
- Rishi also runs a Refer A Friend page, and gift cards can cover a tea lover on your liSt.
Rishi Tea & Botanicals questions, answered
Can sale tea from Rishi be returned?
Sale items and gift cards are final at Rishi. Perishable, custom and personal care goods can't be returned either, and damaged, defective or wrong items should be reported right away.
What happens if a Rishi tea disappoints?
Rishi's quality promise covers products bought from Rishi or an authorized US seller. Contact the company within 45 days of purchase, and keep proof of purchase or photos handy in case they're requested.
How do the Rishi Tea Room Rewards tiers work?
Your spend over 12 months places you in Tea Explorer, Tea Enthusiast or Tea Connoisseur. The top tier gets free standard shipping on all orders, and subscription purchases count at 1.5x.
Does Rishi Tea ship to Canada?
Canada is the only country Rishi ships to outside the US. Those orders don't get flat-rate or free shipping and may owe customs fees.
