About UrbanStems

UrbanStems delivers bouquets, plants, gifts and wine online, with flower subscriptions and same-day delivery in eight major US cities.

All sales are final except for damaged products, so a code is the main way to cut the price of a one-time bouquet. Signing up for emails brings 20% off.

UrbanStems gives its modern bouquets names, such as The Margot, The Unicorn and The Sorbet, and sells them next to potted plants and orchids. Themed edits rotate through the year; recent ones include The Fall Collection, The Halloween Collection with darker-toned arrangements, The Vogue Collection and The Vase Paired Collection. The shop can be searched by color, flower or occasion, from birthdays and new babies to sympathy and thank-you gifts.

Gifting goes beyond flowers. The Wine Shop carries bottles from Wölffer Estate and Schramsberg, bouquets can be paired with Levain cookies from New York, and larger sets such as The Board & Blooms combine flowers with food boards. Account holders collect reward points on purchases toward later discounts, and the site runs a blog along with care instructions for its flowers and plants.

When shoppers look for UrbanStems coupons

UrbanStems coupon searches peak in May, about 2× a typical month, and dip lowest in August.

US Google searches, Sep 2025 to Aug 2026. Search interest, not sales.

How long does UrbanStems shipping take?

UrbanStems charges a fee based on the delivery service you choose at checkout; same-day delivery covers eight cities.

What is UrbanStems' return policy?

Flowers and gifts can't be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged.

What payment methods does UrbanStems accept?

Credit cards, debit cards and PayPal all work for bouquets, plants and subscriptions.

How to use a UrbanStems coupon

  1. UrbanStems is a Shopify store, so the discount box is on the checkout page's order summary.
  2. The 20% email offer comes from signing up first, so join the list before you start the order.
  3. Pick the delivery service at checkout too, since that choice sets the delivery fee.
  4. Subscriptions already come with up to 30% off, free shipping and a vase with the first delivery, which may beat a code for regular orders.
  5. Check the recipient's address and date carefully.
  6. Sales are final, and only damaged products qualify for anything back.

  • Referring friends gives each of them $25 off and adds $25 in points to your account.

  • Gifts can also be paired with wine from the store's Wine Shop.
