About Interflora

Interflora sends florist-made bouquets, plants, hampers and sympathy flowers across the UK, with each order made and delivered by a local florist in its network, a model it has run since 1923.

Prices are in GBP, and one rule shapes every saving: percentage codes come off the flowers and gifts, never the delivery charge.

Interflora's story began with a telegraph message passed between florists, and the company says it has since taken orders from space, created its own currency and sponsored an F1 winner. Today it links shoppers with roughly 900 local florists around the UK, and the order goes to a florist close to the recipient, who arranges the design by hand. A smaller set of bouquets is assembled centrally in Interflora's own workroom and sent out with DPD.

The range covers seasonal, letterbox and lily-free bouquets, hampers with wine or chocolate, plants, corporate gifts and a full funeral section with wreaths, casket sprays and letter tributes. Shoppers can also order online and collect from a chosen local florist, or set up a monthly flower subscription. The business is based at Interflora House in Sleaford, Lincolnshire.

How long does Interflora shipping take?

A chosen day between 8am and 6pm costs £7.65, and same-day delivery starts at £10 when ordered by 3pm.

What is Interflora's return policy?

Flowers and other perishables can't be returned once dispatched; non-perishable, non-customised goods can be cancelled within 14 days of receipt, with return costs on you.

Does Interflora have a student discount?

Yes. UK students get 15% off after verifying through Student Beans.

How to use a Interflora discount code

  1. Interflora takes the voucher code in the promotional code section of the order process on interflora.Co.uk, and it can't be added to an order that's already placed.
  2. Only one promotion applies per order, and codes are usually limited to one use per customer.
  3. Because a percentage code skips the delivery charge, a same-day bouquet still carries its full £10-plus delivery fee.
  4. Codes can't buy Interflora Gift Cards or the Delivery Pass, and some won't work on flower subscriptions.
  5. You can still pay part of the order with an Interflora Gift Card alongside the code, though paper Gift Vouchers and Flora-Cheques aren't accepted online.

If your Interflora code doesn't work

  • Exclusions: Percentage codes don't apply to delivery charges; codes aren't valid on Interflora Gift Cards or the Gold/Platinum Delivery Pass, and some codes can't be used on flower subscriptions.

Percentage codes don't apply to Interflora's delivery charges, so they reduce the product price only. Codes also can't be used on gift cards or the Delivery Pass.
