About UWorld

UWorld sells online test prep as subscriptions: question banks and courses for USMLE and COMLEX, NCLEX, pharmacy, CPA and CMA, CFA, bar review, MCAT, and the SAT, ACT and AP exams.

Saving here comes down to buying the right subscription length, because UWorld doesn't refund, cancel or change a subscription unless the agreement allows it.

Beyond the headline exams, UWorld's catalogue reaches into board and licensing prep that is easy to miss: PANCE and PANRE for physician assistants, ABIM and ABFM board review, FNP for nurse practitioners, the NAPLEX, MPJE and CPJE for pharmacists, and the MPRE, MBE and JD-Next on the legal side. Accounting candidates can find EA, CIA and CISA material plus CPE courses and an Income Tax School, and finance candidates get CMT prep alongside CFA. UWorld has also announced that it acquired Surgent Accounting & Financial Education.

Question banks sit at the core of most products. An eligible QBank can be reset once while the subscription is active, though a subscription cannot be paused and picked up later.
