About Zwift

Zwift sells a membership to its indoor cycling and training app for smart trainers and bikes, plus indoor equipment such as the Zwift Ride bike.

The thing to know before paying: memberships renew until cancelled and aren't refunded pro rata, while Zwift Shop hardware has its own 30-day return terms.

Zwift, Inc. runs a membership platform for indoor exercise. Members choose from thousands of structured workouts, follow training plans that adjust as their fitness changes, ride virtual routes ranging from alpine climbs to seaside flats, and join group rides at any hour. Racing is open to every ability, from beginner events up to national championships, and riders earn levels and in-game rewards along the way. The platform covers running as well as cycling, and a Zwift Companion app sits alongside the main one.

For hardware, riders can mount their own bike on a Zwift Ready trainer or pick Zwift Ride, the company's smart bike, whose newest version adds adjustable cranks and a wider range of saddle positions. Equipment from the Zwift Shop does not include a membership, and Extend product protection can be added. Professional cyclist Mathieu van der Poel is among the riders quoted on the site.

How to use a Zwift coupon

  1. Zwift's pages don't say where a coupon is entered, and no offer was on record when the store was read.
  2. Timing rules matter more here than any code.
  3. A membership has to be cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and nothing is refunded pro rata after that.
  4. Shop orders can't be changed or cancelled once placed, and there are no pre-orders or backorders, so settle on the bike, trainer or accessory before paying.
  5. A Zwift Ride purchase doesn't bring a membership with it, so budget for the app separately.
  6. There are no direct exchanges either: a wrong item goes back through the self-service portal and gets reordered.
