About Boredwalk
Boredwalk is an artist-owned Los Angeles shop that prints its own humorous tees, tanks, hoodies and fleece for men, women and kids, and sells gifts like affirmation and conversation card decks, activity books, journals, kitchen towels and bags.
Codes never cut an already-discounted bundle further, so weighing the bundle price against a code on single items comes first.
Boredwalk was co-founded by Matt Snow and Meredith Erin, who serves as CEO and comes up with the shop's products. Its designs are grouped by theme, including dark humor, existential dread, book lovers, sci-fi, introverts, science, mental health and funny animals. Apparel, towels and bags are hand printed at its Los Angeles-area headquarters with water-based inks, while the same in-house artists write and illustrate its books, which are printed mostly in Canada.
Card products such as the Delve Deck conversation sets, sold in Joy, Venting, Family and Couples editions, and the Sinister Affirmations deck are made in Asia. Activity book titles include Whatever! for 90s kids and Totally Rad! for 80s kids. The company also runs a YouTube storytelling series, Delve Deck Stories, and says it has donated to groups such as the ACLU and Planned Parenthood.
When shoppers look for Boredwalk coupons
Boredwalk coupon searches peak in December, about 3.2× a typical month, and dip lowest in June.
Does Boredwalk offer free shipping?
Yes. Domestic orders of $65+ ship free, while wholesale orders placed on the website carry a higher minimum.
How long does Boredwalk shipping take?
Orders ship in 3-7 business days, books and decks often in 2-3; USPS First Class takes about 5 business days, Priority Mail 2-3.
What is Boredwalk's return policy?
Items in original condition go back within 30 days with free domestic exchanges; return postage is the buyer's unless Checkout+ was added.

How to use a Boredwalk discount code
- Boredwalk runs on Shopify, so the discount box sits in the order summary on the checkout page.
- Several savings need no code at all: activity books, affirmation decks and Delve Decks take their discount automatically.
- Codes cannot be added to bundles that are already discounted, and an ambassador's 10% code does not cover e-gift cards.
- When an order uses a minimum-spend code, returning part of it later recalculates the refund on the new, smaller total, so the discount can shrink after the fact.
- International buyers see customs duties calculated and collected at checkout along with the order.
If your Boredwalk code doesn't work
- Minimum order: "15% off orders of $95+" needs an order of at least $95.
- Exclusions: Codes exclude already-discounted bundles; the ambassador code does not apply to e-gift cards.
- Combining offers: Already-discounted bundles cannot be discounted further with codes.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Boredwalk
- Shirts reward buying in threes: two at regular price bring a third at 50% off.
- A basket of $95+ qualifies for 15% off and is already past the $65 free-shipping line.
- Delve Decks run up to 20% off and activity books or affirmation decks up to 15%, applied automatically.
- Los Angeles-area customers can arrange to pick orders up at the office, and anyone buying for the holidays gets the extended return period that runs until 10 days after December 25.
Boredwalk questions, answered
Who pays return shipping at Boredwalk?
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the optional Checkout+ add-on was bought, which also adds package protection on domestic orders. Exchanges on domestic orders are free.
Does Boredwalk ship outside the U.S.?
International orders ship and usually arrive in 1-3 weeks, with customs duties calculated and collected at checkout. Those orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Why is a Boredwalk order taking longer to ship?
Kitchen towels, shirts and bags are printed to order, which slows any order containing them, while books, decks and stickers often leave in 2-3 days. Rush service can be requested.
Can a Boredwalk code be used on a bundle?
Bundles that are already discounted cannot take a further code discount. Delve Decks, activity books and affirmation decks carry automatic discounts instead.
How does the Boredwalk ambassador program work?
Ambassadors apply and, once approved, earn commission, e-gift cards and free swag. Each gets a 10% code to share, which cannot be used on e-gift cards.
