About Hale Groves

Hale Groves ships Florida citrus such as navel oranges, Ruby Red grapefruit, Honeybells and tangerines, along with pears, fruit gift baskets and monthly fruit clubs.

Hale Groves says its Grove Navel Oranges are the ones it grows for its own table, and that every piece of citrus has to clear a minimum of 6 inspection checks. Citrus ships from mid-November into June, and each variety has its own window: navels, grapefruit and tangerines start in November, Honeybells in December and Cara Cara navels in January. Citrus can also be pre-ordered.

Beyond fruit, the store sells gourmet gifts such as baked goods, nuts, candy and dried fruit, along with flower and bulb gifts and corporate gifts, and its boxes and baskets are sorted by occasion and price band. The site says its pears are grown by family farmers. Shoppers can add a custom card, keep gift lists and buy gift cards.
