About Mrs. Fields
Mrs.
Fields ships cookie gifts: cookies, brownies, chocolate-covered strawberries, and tins, boxes, baskets and towers, plus custom and corporate orders. It has been baking since 1977. The rule to know before you save is simple: one code per order, and codes skip sale items, holiday deals and bulk packs.
Mrs. Fields traces its start to Debbi Fields, who was 20 when her first Palo Alto, California, bakery opened in 1977. The brand is known for soft-baked cookies and its signature red tins, and beyond its own website it reaches shoppers through franchised bakeries around the world, retail partners and licensed products. The online shop is run by Mrs. Fields Gifting and Licensing.
The catalog is organized around gifting: coffee cakes and Krispie treats sit alongside the cookies, and gifts can be browsed by occasion, including birthdays, anniversaries and thank-yous, or by price band. Most gifts arrive with a mix of 5 cookie flavors, while the Create Your Own Gift option lets the buyer pick the assortment. Online orders can also be collected at a nearby store, and around Valentine's Day and the winter holidays orders are prepared ahead of schedule, which can rule out later edits.
When shoppers look for Mrs. Fields coupons
Mrs. Fields coupon searches peak in December, about 4.3× a typical month, and dip lowest in August.
What is Mrs. Fields' return policy?
Perishable treats can't come back; a broken, damaged or wrongly filled order gets a replacement if you phone within 15 days of receipt.

How to use a Mrs. Fields coupon
- Mrs. Fields runs on Shopify, so the code goes in the discount box on the checkout page's order summary.
- Sign up for emails before you check out if you're after the first-order discount.
- Only one code fits per order, and it won't touch DoorDash or in-store pickup orders, custom orders or the Treat Of The Month Club.
- A free-shipping code covers only items that can ship UPS Ground, so cookie cakes, berries and mega cookies may fall outside it.
- Shipping, handling and taxes stay at full price unless the code says otherwise.
If your Mrs. Fields code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Codes exclude sale items, in-store pickup, DoorDash orders, custom orders, Treat Of The Month Club and bulk or case-pack items; discounts do not apply to shipping, handling or taxes unless stated. Free-shipping codes only cover items that can ship UPS Ground (cookie cakes, berries and mega cookies may be excluded).
- One code per order: Only one discount code per order; codes cannot be combined with other offers, used on sale items or applied to previous orders. Holiday deals and bulk items are priced as marked and cannot take a code.
- New customers only: 15% off a first order (sign up for emails) does not apply to repeat orders.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Mrs. Fields
- The email sign-up is the main standing saving, at 15% off a first order according to the offer details.
- Gift cards exist for the US retail shops, but online redemption wasn't confirmed, so treat them as a shop-counter option for now.
- Holiday deals and bulk items come pre-priced, which means the marked price is the deal and no code goes on top.
- Around Valentine's Day and the holiday season, orders are processed early to meet delivery dates, so settle the gift list and address before paying; changes may not be possible later.
