About QEEQ

QEEQ is an online car rental booking and price comparison platform for travelers worldwide, founded in 2017 and run by Qompass Voyage Ltd.

Saving there depends less on codes than on how a booking is paid: Pay Now runs about 10-15% cheaper than paying at the counter, and making the booking itself is free of charge.

QEEQ focuses on car rental rather than travel in general: it compares rates from more than 1,000 rental companies, and since 2020 it has also listed RV rentals. The site runs in many languages, including Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Thai, Italian and Korean, and the company says it has service centers in 24 countries and a staff of over 500.

Along the way QEEQ has gathered industry recognition, starting with a gold Magellan Award in 2018, the same year Travolution named it Best on the Road. It has also received an annual award as Asia's best booking site for car rentals each year from 2022 to 2025. The company raised funding from Alibaba in 2022, the year after its Diamond membership for car renters launched.

  1. At QEEQ, the offers that matter are tied to how and where a rental is booked.
  2. The 5% first-booking discount applies only when that first reservation is made in the QEEQ app, so a traveler who starts on the website should switch to the app before confirming.
  3. Seasonal banners such as the Fall Special, worth up to 18% off car rentals in the U.S. and Canada, are time-limited.
  4. Before paying, weigh Pay Now against One-Dollar Freeze: the freeze costs $1 up front and brings Price Drop Protector, while Pay Now is the cheaper prepaid route compared with the counter.
  5. Budget separately for one-way fees and child seats, which are settled at the desk rather than online.
