About redtag.ca
redtag.ca is a Canadian online travel agency selling vacation packages, flights, hotels, cruises and car rentals, with customer travel funds protected by TICO in Ontario and the OPC in Quebec.
Its promo codes are one per booking and leave out group bookings, e-packages, single-occupancy trips and Air Canada Vacations, Transat or WestJet Vacations bookings, so check the tour operator first.
redtag.ca was launched in 2004 and now sits within H.I.S Canada Travel Inc., with its office in Etobicoke, Ontario. It names care, flexibility, affordability and innovation as its guiding principles, and a contact centre staffed by travel agents takes bookings by phone seven days a week.

Cruise bookings earn points through the Blue Rewards program, and a redtag.ca app carries app-only offers. - Each traveler pays CA$25 on air-only, hotel and car bookings, CA$30 on pre-packaged vacations and CA$75 on cruises and tours, plus GST, all non-refundable.
- Changes
- Change and correction fees on redtag.ca bookings run from CA$25 to CA$300, charged in Canadian dollars on top of the trip price.
- Cancellations
- The supplier's terms on your invoice set the refund, and redtag.ca adds CA$50 or CA$100 per person, the higher fee outside 24 hours of booking.
- Final payment
- The balance is usually due 52 days before departure, and cruises and some other products ask for it earlier.
- Blue Rewards
- Cruise bookings earn 16 Blue points per CA$15 on the cash part, and 14,352 points take CA$100 off a cruise base fare.

- E-tickets arrive by email within two weeks of departure, or within 48 hours when you book last minute.

- redtag.ca takes promo codes at the time of booking, so enter the code online or give it to the agent while the reservation is made.
- Only one code fits each booking, and it can't be combined with other discounts or a second code.

- Professional fees and GST still apply after any discount, and those fees don't come back if you cancel.
