About Russell Stover
Russell Stover sells boxed chocolates, sugar-free candy, pick & mix, personalized boxes and gift baskets, plus the Pangburn's and Whitman's brands.
Email sign-up brings 20% off your first purchase, with the code arriving within 2 days. FedEx Standard ships free on orders of $75+ per address, and gift cards don't count toward that total.
Russell Stover traces its history to 1923, and it says every chocolate it sells is produced in its own factories in Corsicana, Texas, and in Abilene and Iola, Kansas. The online shop is organized by flavor, with caramel, nougat and toffee, coconut and mint, creams and truffles, dark and milk chocolate, nut and peanut butter pieces and Dubai-style chocolate, alongside non-chocolate candies.
For bigger buys there are bulk packs, individually wrapped pieces and business gifts, and some items, such as the Premium Assorted Chocolates Copper Gift Boxes, are sold only online. The range turns seasonal through the year: in the fall shoppers can build their own Halloween chocolate pumpkin assortment in packs of 12, 18, 24 or 36, and the site also carries Easter eggs and bunnies. A Rewards Club is available too.

How to use a Russell Stover coupon
- Join the Russell Stover email list before you build a cart, because the 20% first-purchase code can take up to 2 days to land.
- Plan around that delay if you want pumpkins by Halloween, since the order-by date is 10/25.
- Gift cards are a separate purchase and won't push a chocolate order over the $75 free-shipping line.
- Personalized boxes aren't refunded unless defective, so proofread names before paying.
- Spending $1040 or more?
- Those orders are placed by phone with customer care rather than online.
If your Russell Stover code doesn't work
- Minimum order: "20% off orders of $6,000 to $9,999 with code RS-VOLUME20" needs an order of at least $6; "15% off orders of $3,000 to $5,999 with code RS-VOLUME15" needs an order of at least $3.
- New customers only: 20% off a first order (sign up for Russell Stover emails; the code is emailed within 2 days) does not apply to repeat orders.
- End date: "20% Off Select Items" ends Nov 18, 2026; "10% Off Storewide" ends Nov 18, 2026.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
