Antivirus plans carry a Virus Protection Promise that refunds the subscription if Norton experts cannot remove an infection. LifeLock Select pays back as much as $25,000 in stolen money, and up to $1 million for lawyers and experts. ReputationDefender is a sister service under the Norton name.
