About Lou Malnati's
Lou Malnati's runs family-owned Chicago-style deep dish pizza restaurants, in business since 1971 across Chicagoland, Arizona, Wisconsin and Indiana, and ships frozen 9-inch deep dish pizzas nationwide.
The rule that shapes most savings: deals and points go to Lou's Rewards members who order direct, not through DoorDash or UberEats.
Luciano "Lou" Malnati learned the trade in the 1940s working at the first deep dish pizzeria in Chicago, then opened his own restaurant in suburban Lincolnwood with his wife Jean. After Lou died in 1978, Jean and their sons Marc and Rick carried on the business, and the company still does not franchise. Its pies use the Buttercrust recipe, California tomatoes, an exclusive sausage blend and mozzarella from a small dairy it has bought from for more than 40 years.
Besides deep dish, the menu has thin crust pizza, salads, wings and desserts. Lou Malnati's also handles catering, event bookings and dine-in reservations, sells branded merchandise, helps schools and teams raise money, and holds a yearly benefit for cancer research.
