About West & Willow
West & Willow turns your pet photos into custom portraits in modern, royal, memorial and line-drawing styles, plus personalized mugs, pillows, blankets, phone cases and jewelry.
Every piece is made to order and final sale, so the saving has to happen before you order: a portrait can't go back because you changed your mind.
West & Willow was founded by Ben Lebowitz, a lifelong East Coaster who could not find a pet portrait that suited his modern taste. The first sample the company produced showed his French Bulldog, Zoey.
Customers upload a photo, add the pet's name, then pick a background color, style, frame and size before an artist draws the portrait digitally. Portraits can include one, two or three pets, and the studio takes on animals well beyond cats and dogs, from rabbits to birds, though it does not draw people. Royal-themed designs are offered for single pets and pairs. The same artwork can be embroidered onto hoodies, crewnecks and hats, engraved on necklaces and rings, or printed on candles and greeting cards.
When shoppers look for West & Willow coupons
West & Willow coupon searches peak in December, about 3.8× a typical month, and dip lowest in September.
Does West & Willow offer free shipping?
Yes. US orders over $100 ship free, measured on the cart total after promo codes, and smaller US orders pay a $10 flat rate.
How long does West & Willow shipping take?
Each piece is made to order, so US delivery usually takes 2-3 weeks and up to 4 weeks around the holidays.
What is West & Willow's return policy?
All products are final sale; wrong items, wrong size or print, and transit damage are replaced if reported within 48 hours of delivery.
More about shopping at West & Willow
- Skip the line
- This optional add-on speeds up artwork creation only, not the shipping that follows it.
- Order changes
- You can cancel or change an order within 30 minutes; after that, it's at the store's discretion.
- Photos
- Artists illustrate each portrait digitally from your upload, and a poor-quality photo isn't grounds for a remedy later.
- Military addresses
- Orders can't ship to military addresses, so gifts for service members need a different delivery address.
- International
- Canada, the UK, Australia and select European countries get $10 flat shipping, with arrival in 3-4 weeks or up to 5 at peak.

How to use a West & Willow discount code
- At West & Willow, the promo code goes in at checkout as you place the order.
- Only one code works per order, codes don't combine, and a discount can't be added after the purchase, so pick the larger offer before paying.
- The text sign-up offer of up to 20% off comes by SMS, so join first if you want it.
- One more catch: shipping is based on the cart total after the code, so a code that pulls your total under $100 brings back the $10 shipping charge.
More ways to save at West & Willow
- The free mug offered with a portrait purchase adds a second gift without a second order.
- The referral program works on a give $20, get $20 basis for friends who order a portrait or pet gift.
- West & Willow gift cards let someone choose their own pet photo and style, which avoids guessing on their behalf.
