About Zip World

Zip World runs outdoor adventures at 8 locations in Wales and England, from zip lines and quarry and underground experiences to the ArcelorMittal Orbit in London, plus Basecamp stays.

Promo codes don't mix with packages, vouchers, events or discounted products, so a code only helps on a plain full-price booking.

Zip World began in 2013, when its founders picked the former slate workings of Penrhyn Quarry in North Wales for a giant zip line. The company started with 8 employees based in a shipping container and now employs over 500 people at peak times. Many of its sites reuse post-industrial land, while others sit in woodland, and it is registered in Llanrwst, Conwy.

Across more than 20 experiences, its parks add coasters, underground tours and woodland activities to the zip lines, with cafés, bars and restaurants on site. Overnight Basecamps range from forest lodges to cottages and an old-style Welsh inn. Zip World also hosts school trips with a curriculum-linked educational programme, corporate away days with meeting spaces, kids' parties and hen or stag groups, and its Adventure Highway guide suggests other places to visit nearby.

How to use a Zip World discount code

  1. Zip World takes promo codes during online checkout, after you've picked the adventure, date and time.
  2. A code won't combine with other offers, promotions, discounted products, packages, vouchers or events, and the company can withdraw it at any time.
  3. Ticketed events such as the Christmas Grotto, Festive Forest and Zipmas are outside promotions as well.
  4. Booking for a big group?
  5. Fix the date first, because changes need 7 days' notice and cost a fee.
  6. TicketPlan insurance is offered at the same checkout if you want cover for the booking.

If your Zip World code doesn't work

  • Exclusions: Promotions don't apply to ticketed events such as Ffear Fforest, Monsters of the Mine, the Christmas Grotto, Festive Forest and Zipmas.
  • Combining offers: Promo codes can't be combined with other offers, promotions, discounted products, packages, vouchers or events, and can be withdrawn at any time.
  • End date: "Save 10% on Your Order Today" ends Nov 12, 2026.
  • Where to enter it: Enter the promo code during online checkout.

More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.

More ways to save at Zip World

  • In 2025, voucher promotions ran at 25% off from Black Friday to Cyber Monday and 30% off from Dec 24-26.
