About DiscountMugs

DiscountMugs prints promotional products for businesses and events, including drinkware, glassware, bags, apparel, pens and office items, in its own South Florida facilities, and has done so since 1995.

The rule to plan around is that custom orders can't be returned, refunded or changed once production starts, so settle your artwork and quantities before you submit.

Beyond drinkware and bags, the DiscountMugs catalog stretches into home and auto items, outdoor and leisure gear, tech accessories and wellness supplies, with ranges built around occasions such as weddings, trade shows, graduations and holiday corporate gifting. The company says it handles printing in-house and sends orders out from its own sites with no middleman, and it describes itself as one of the largest promotional product suppliers in the US.

For repeat buyers, an exact reorder carries a $15 screen fee rather than the full $50 setup charge. A pre-production sample printed with the buyer's artwork costs $150, and half of that is credited toward the next bulk order. Tax-exempt organizations can submit their exemption certificates through the customer service form.

How long does DiscountMugs shipping take?

What is DiscountMugs' return policy?

How to use a DiscountMugs coupon

  1. A DiscountMugs coupon code counts against the merchandise total only, so shipping and other charges aren't reduced by it.
  2. One code is the limit, since codes can't be combined with Mug Bucks or another promo code.
  3. In-store credits work differently and combine with a promo code or with Mug Bucks.
  4. The tiered deals ($50 off orders of $500+, then $70 off $700, $110 off $900 and $190 off $1,250) reward rounding a quantity up, so price the next tier before you settle on a count of mugs or tumblers.
  5. Add the code before you submit, because the order can't be changed once it's in production.

If your DiscountMugs code doesn't work

  • Minimum order: "$50 off orders of $500+" needs an order of at least $500.
  • Combining offers: Coupon codes apply to the merchandise total only and cannot be combined with Mug Bucks or another promo code; in-store credits can be combined with promo codes or with Mug Bucks.
  • End date: "15% Off Selected Office Essentials" ends Nov 9, 2026.

More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.

More ways to save at DiscountMugs

  • The price match is the strongest lever here: show a lower price and the store beats it by 10%.
  • Signing up for emails earns a discount, and the sign-up box shows the current amount.
  • Reordering the same design saves the gap between the $50 setup fee and the $15 screen fee.
  • A $150 pre-production sample with your artwork credits half its cost to your next bulk order, which softens the price of checking a big run firSt. Tax-exempt buyers can also submit exemption certificates.

DiscountMugs questions, answered

Can a DiscountMugs coupon be combined with Mug Bucks?

Coupon codes can't be combined with Mug Bucks or with another promo code. In-store credits, on the other hand, combine with either one.

Can custom DiscountMugs orders be returned?

Customized products can't be returned or refunded. If the store made an error, it reprints your order and ships it by ground service.

Does DiscountMugs ship outside the US?

Shipping covers the USA, including Puerto Rico, and Canada. Other countries need a freight forwarder of your choice.

How long does a DiscountMugs order take?

Standard production takes about 6-10 business days before shipping. Rush options cost extra, and a rush order that arrives late because of a production delay gets its delivery fee refunded.

Can a DiscountMugs order be changed after it's placed?

Orders can't be canceled or changed once they're in production. Check quantities, colors and artwork before that stage.
